This is the option the majority of candidates choose to pursue initially. This is when we place a candidate in one of our schools to cover the absence. The benefits of Day-to-day supply offers flexibility, higher rates, and the opportunity to gain experience at various schools. 

This contract spans more than half a term. Whether you're a teaching assistant or a teacher, long-term supply positions offer increased responsibility. You'll be involved in planning work and become an integral part of the school community. 

This placement allows candidates to work up to 6 weeks at a chosen school, gaining deeper knowledge and assuming responsibilities akin to permanent staff members. Short-term contract candidates are expected to handle more duties, such as planning work and fulfilling permanent employee responsibilities. 

If you are extended a permanent contract through Shakespeare Recruitment Ltd, it implies that certain schools may opt to recruit you directly from SR.
